The Dikko Project Movement, a political group promoting the policies of Dikko Umar Radda, has met with leaders of the Katsina State 'Yan Kaji Association to reaffirm their support for the governor and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The meeting was held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Gafai Restaurant in Katsina metropolis.
The delegation of the poultry traders’ association was led by its Chairman, Alhaji Ibrahim Amiru, who met with the leader of the Dikko Project Movement, Hon. Musa Yusuf Gafai. During the meeting, the association declared its full backing for Governor Radda and the APC, while also presenting a set of requests to be conveyed to the governor.
Speaking at the gathering, Amiru said the association plays a significant role in job creation for youths across the state. He added that members remain aligned with the current administration and would work collectively to ensure its success in the forthcoming elections.
The association’s Secretary, Zaharaddeen S. Yoli, also reaffirmed members’ loyalty and unity in supporting the governor and the APC.
In his remarks, Hon. Gafai expressed appreciation for the visit, noting that he had earlier informed the governor of the planned meeting to listen to the association’s concerns. He assured the delegation that their messages would be delivered and that steps would be taken to arrange a direct engagement with the governor.
